EduDay 2026, the major studies exhibition by EduGuide, was hosted at the Royal Olympic Hotel in Athens — and One Take Productions handled the full audiovisual coverage of the day. This was a complete project combining photography, videography, drone footage and live streaming, designed to capture the energy of a day dedicated to young people and their educational choices.
This is a textbook example of full-scale event coverage, where the production requires coordinating several specialties simultaneously, in real time.

Full audiovisual coverage
To cover EduDay 2026 we deployed a multi-specialty team:
- Photographer for the full photographic record of the day — arrivals, talks, moments of interaction at the educational booths
- Videographer with an electronic gimbal to create a dynamic highlights video of the event
- Drone footage for striking aerial shots of the venue and the crowd
- Two additional videographers for live streaming, with a live feed to a projector in every room, capturing all the speakers
Live streaming lets an event reach a much wider audience — on-site and remote — while the highlights video gives the organiser high-value material to promote next year’s edition.
