Full event production in Athens: for the corporate event of GM at Papagiannakos Winery, One Take Productions handled the planning and production: stage, sound, lighting, projector, illuminated GM letters, live music with a saxophonist and Funky Confetti Band, and photography.

One team for the whole production

For the GM event we handled both the creative and the technical planning. The challenge was coordinating many different services: stage, sound, lighting, visuals, music and photography. We took them all on with one team, so that they worked together and GM dealt with one partner instead of several suppliers.

Stage, sound and lighting

We built a raised stage for the live performances and a sound system with high-dispersion column speakers, so the sound was even across the whole venue. We designed the lighting around the stage: truss with wash lights, moving heads and strobes above the musicians, and a haze machine to bring out the beams. For the event’s corporate identity we placed illuminated “GM” letters, set up a projector and added string lights at selected points of the venue for a warmer atmosphere.

Live music from cocktails to the party

A saxophonist played live at the cocktail reception. The evening’s entertainment was Funky Confetti Band, an act represented exclusively by One Take Productions. Our sound, lighting and production technicians worked under central coordination by our team, and our photographer covered the whole event.
