Oriana’s naming ceremony: her parents trusted us with the whole celebration, from finding the venue to the cupcakes with the golden fairy. We set it up at Iocasti Venue in Kapandriti, Attica.

It all started with the venue
The parents came to us with a budget and a clear sense of style, but no venue yet. We searched with those two criteria and found Iocasti Venue, with its hall and its garden.
The venue shapes everything else: how many guests fit, how the tables are laid out, where the candy bar goes, what sound is needed. That is why it is always the first decision we make with you.
A celebration with a fairy theme
The theme the parents chose for their little girl ran through every detail: the biscuits and cupcakes on the candy bar, the balloon garland in pink and beige, the dressed tables with their flowers. Behind it all, the backdrop said “I love you” in many languages.
The children played outside, while the grown-ups sat at tables looking out over the garden.

The parents got to enjoy their own party
A naming ceremony brings many suppliers together: the venue, catering, DJ, florist, photographer. When parents deal with each one separately, every change has to be passed on five times.
Here we handled all the coordination. The parents made the decisions; we passed them on to the suppliers and kept the schedule on track. As Oriana’s mother put it in her review on Google, “we didn’t really have to deal with anything, and yet the result was wonderful”.
