What we covered
Two days inside the stand, from opening to closing. We documented HCDI’s presence and activity throughout the fair:
- The turnout and how visitors engaged with the stand
- The innovative defence technologies on display
- Visits by officials
- The open briefing talks hosted at the stand
- The discussions and meetings between the organisation’s representatives and visitors and industry professionals
The moments that stood out
Two defence systems in the spotlight
Two innovative systems were presented at the stand: a loitering munition and a counter-drone system.
The visit of the Minister of National Defence
The Minister of National Defence, Nikos Dendias, visited the stand and was briefed on both systems.
The CEO’s interview on Mega
HCDI’s Chief Executive gave an interview to Mega inside the stand.
The open talks
The briefing talks presented the organisation’s work and activity to startups, researchers, investors and defence industry professionals.
How we work at an exhibition stand
A stand at TIF does not run to a timetable the way a conference does. The important moments simply happen: an official visit is announced shortly beforehand, an interview is set up on the spot with no warning, a talk suddenly draws a crowd. That is why we stay inside the stand for all opening hours. We work with the light that is there, without setting up additional equipment that would block the flow of visitors, and we keep our distance from the conversations between representatives and industry professionals, which are often the most substantial of the two days. In a space where defence systems are on display and high-level meetings take place, discretion is a precondition for getting the work done. A second consecutive year helps: we already knew the space, the people and what the organisation needs from the material.
What the organisation is left with after the fair
TIF lasts a few days, but the material produced there works all year. For an organisation like HCDI, the photographs and video from the stand feed the communication of its activity, the presentation of the technologies it supports, the record of official contacts, and reach the people who did not come to the fair. A system presented at a stand is seen by those who walk past it. The same system, properly documented, keeps being shown through the organisation’s digital channels for months afterwards. That is why the coverage does not stop at the official moments. We also record the everyday running of the stand, the queues in front of the exhibits and the conversations between visitors and representatives, because those show engagement in a way no official photograph can.
Exhibition and corporate event coverage
We cover exhibitions, conferences and corporate events across Greece: corporate event photography, corporate video, live streaming and full event organisation. You can also see our coverage of the EduGuide Open Day. Tell us when and where you are exhibiting and ask for a quote.
Frequently asked questions
Do you cover stands at exhibitions?
Yes. At TIF 2026 we covered the HCDI stand for two days, with photography and video. Covering a stand differs from covering a conference, because the programme is not set in advance: the important moments, such as official visits or interviews, come up during the day. That is why we stay on site for all opening hours rather than for specific appointments.
How many days of coverage does an exhibition need?
It depends on how long the fair runs and on what you want documented. If the important moments, such as official visits or talks, are spread across more days, the coverage has to follow them. At the HCDI stand two days were enough, because the presentations and the visits were concentrated in those two days. We agree it in advance, once we have seen the programme.
Can you cover interviews on site as well?
Yes. At the HCDI stand we also recorded the Chief Executive’s interview with Mega. When we know in advance, we prepare the spot so there is no noise or movement behind the speaker and the background is clear. When it comes up on the spot, as it often does at a fair, we work with what is there and choose the angle that keeps the stand recognisable behind them.
